Standard Warranty Coverage

We provide a 1-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty on labor for services completed by our team. This warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions. If an issue arises due to our work within this time frame, we will return to correct the problem at no additional charge.

What’s Covered:

• Errors in installation or construction caused by improper workmanship
• Labor defects related to repairs, construction, or improvements we’ve completed
• Deck, fence, hardscape, and remodeling installations, unless otherwise noted

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, vandalism, or accidents
• Normal wear and tear or aging of materials
• Materials provided by the customer or third parties
• Issues resulting from structural movement, natural disasters, or weather-related events (e.g., flooding, wind damage)
• Landscaping elements such as plant material (unless installation-related)

Customer Responsibilities:

• Notify Trusted Trade Team in writing of any issue within the warranty period
• Provide reasonable access to evaluate and, if necessary, correct the issue

Warranty Limitations:

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and scope of work performed under the original estimate. Any changes or modifications to the work by other parties will void the warranty.
